You have done the Introductory Course, but now want to gain vital experience to make sure you are ready and prepared for your next Overland trip across Southern Africa.

The obstacles are a lot more difficult but safe to be driven if you stay on line. If you stray off line, there is a good chance you will either get stuck or have a few war wounds. 
We will cover the following in the extreme terrain:

We meet at 7:45 am at the Clifton Canyon 4x4 Track at the NU Driving Range in Hillcrest. 8:00 am we start training.
You will get to experience your vehicles first-hand in a safe and controlled environment.
13:00 pm Depart the 4x4 Track

Please bring any refreshments/snacks you require for the morning in your vehicle.

Join us for a family tour in your personal 4x4 through the iconic valley of 1000 Hills with a stop at Mqeku Picnic Site Travis Duggan 4x4 would like to invite you to join us for our 4x4 Trip in the Valley of 1000 Hills.
We meet at 7:00 am sharp at the Engen Garage Polo Pony in Assagay/Shongweni.

Clifton Canyon Trek

For a group of up to 9 people
The route is: We leave from the Shongweni Market on a Saturday or Engen Polo Pony Garage on a Sunday 40 min before the scheduled sunrise, we will then 4x4 ⛰〽️🚜 up to the old Fire Look Out Tower👀🔥and Ntabankulu trigonometric beacon📍which will be our first stop. We will then 4x4 down to Delville Wood train station🚉 where we cross over to go into a service tunnel🚇 through to Kirk Falls for our second stop and then we will return back to either the Farmers Market or Engen Garage.
